A workshop was conducted at IIT Madras as part of Mechania 2023. It was titled, “GAMING TECHNOLOGIES.” It was conducted by Mr. Karthik Vaidyanathan, founder of Lets play2learn, a company that tries to gamify dull and boring subjects into fun games for better productivity.
He is a distinguished alumni of IIT Madras.
Participants were taught how to create simple games like crosswords, puzzles, quizzes and other interactive simulations. He taught students to use free software like DISCOVERY GAMES among others.
He taught the attendees the importance to convert work into play. He is a follower of “PLAY INTERTWINED IN WORK MAKES JACK A VERY HAPPY BOY.”
